The SAVE consists of Three major Parts, first a Mobile Surface on the water with its Pendant in the water, second part its Hat as a Mobile Residential Spacecraft, into space & finally the third one as a Relational Space.
The Relational Space between these two major parts is considered as a SPACE ELEVATOR, in order to access the space much easier & cheaper. This Idea has been posed by different scientists like Konstantin Tsiolkovsky when saw the Eiffel or Arthur C. Clarke who considered the space elevator as the columns of heaven.
During recent years, the Nanotechnology & the digital matter are opening the doors to advanced applications. The structure of the tubes, Space elevator, even the floating Surface on the water is provided & analyzed by HYBRID MATERIAL. The Smart Shell in design is also supported by Applied robotics in order to create a desirable microclimate.
The Smart Hybrid Materials consist of a Floating Graphene with its carpet of Nanotubes that grow like the skyscrapers. All the materials considered to be smart means that they are self-regulating, self-repairing, self-cleaning, … AS AN ORGANISM PROVIDING THEIR NEEDS.
As the design is located in three different parts, Space, Atmosphere & Water, heating & cooling at the same time for different sides of materials are very important, in this regard, the hybrid materials may be the best electrode interface material possible for many energy usage & storages.
